Barbara has a long association with international trade having worked for several years with the South Pacific Trade Commission, which saw her travel to some of the least visited places in the world. For the past 17 years Barbara has been with the British Consulate General in Auckland, and has been in her current role as Deputy Director of Trade and Hon. Vice-Consul for some 10 years. During that time she has travelled extensively representing British business interests not only in trade with NZ, but also interfacing with buyers and business ventures around the globe. Barbara has a deep appreciation of what appeals to various sectors of the consumer market.
